Step Two: Reviewing Initial Plans
Based on our conversation, I research and design a custom itinerary for the entire journey, including accommodations, tours, transportation and recommended activities.
Usually, I present multiple choices and we work together until it is tailored to your specificities.
My global hotel partnerships ensure you a VIP experience and often include exclusive amenities such as:

Step Three: Enhancing Your Experience
Once your itinerary structure is in place, we recommend activities and experiences from our exclusive list of travel suppliers, developed over the last decade, to make your trip incredible.
Step Four: Finalizing Your Itinerary
Once you review and approve your fully custom itinerary, I will secure and confirm all the travel plans.
As your travel approaches, I will provide you with a customized day-by-day itinerary. I will provide a hard copy of all the travel documents, and an app you can download on your smartphone. I will reconfirm everything with my partners on the ground in your destination before I send you off into their capable hands.
